Untimely delivery of Pizza & Inappropriate response

I recently made a call to a popular pizza service - Dominos to place an order. After spending about 5 minutes in trying to make the salesperson understand my address, which wouldn't take more than one minutes since the directions are very clear, I had to struggle with a discount coupon that I wanted to redeem. The person said that the coupon was only valid for online orders, which the website didn't accept. Also, the discount offered on the paper coupons wasn't the same as mentioned.

Apart from that, I was shocked to learn that the service's promise - 'delivery in 30 minutes' wasn't kept anymore. i was told that my order would take 55-60 minutes to be delivered as apparently my address was difficult to locate for them. It is not difficult to note that the time being told to me for my delivery was twice as much as the service promises to its customers. I was refused the delivery within 30minutes on one of the main streets of the city, from where I volunteered to collect my order.

The name of the franchisee managar is Bhuvan Joshi and the 'name of the salesperson is Neha.

This is the second time I am facing nuisance in placing a simple SINGLE pizza order to a place which is hardly 10minutes from my house.
