Hi,
I have placed online order for 2 number 20L Bisleri Jars but were given only one refill. When I called customer care number, I was told that the other empty bottle which I was providing was old one (blue colour) and they cannot replace that. I had requirement of only one bottle in past so never looked at other empty 20L jar available with me, now when I need two jars Bisleri is refusing to give refill. As a customer what is my fault if Bisleri has upgraded its old bottles without asking customers to get those replaced.
