We are regular consumer of varied britannia product. as our routine we bought a packet of milk bikis from our local vendor on 21/11.. when i opened up the biscuit i found a dead insect.. this is really disappionting as we trust trust big banners and buy their product with a sense of trust and good quality. hope we get a proper expalination to why this happened..
