I bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut on 20th June from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, Delhi, India and I was not satisfied with the product so I immediately called up on Cadbury India customer care number but the call was received only after 15-20 minutes. I made a complaint regarding the product and the reference I got is #593507
I haven't got any call or any kind of help from Cadbury India till now. Its been full 5 Days!!
Is this how Cadbury India works and is this what attitude it has for its customers?
SAD!
I want a reply to my query ASAP else I am approcahing the Consumer Court!
