Charging more then MRP

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am bringing to your notice that is happening always and specially latest on 22/03 at samalkha bus stand. contractors at bus stand are selling eatables at price more then specified MRP. when asked to sell at MRP, they used to fight & threaten us. condition is very pathetic that consumer can not dare to argue with them, specially when travelling with family. Also when asked asked for bill, they simply refuse not to provide us with eatables. we have no choice, either to leave with empty stomach or to pay more then MRP at worse conditions.

Kindly take necessary and strict actions against them, so that passengers can travel with ease & enjoy the travel.
