Dear Sir!
i have booked a b'day cake from myflowertree.com on 11-09 for my husband Dr. Vikal Tripathy an cancelled my order (MFT8020) on the same day but the amount (Rs 599) had deduced from my union bank account no 551702010161722.
i had called to customer care of myflowertree.com more than 10-12 times, also sent bank statement and mail regarding my complaints but everytime they said that they will check the status but nothing had happened till date.
i want to book complaint against myflowertree.com for expenses of phone call, internet, time and mental torture.
