Domino's Pizza
Rejected to take the offer even though my home is within delivery area

I stay within the delivery location of Domino's Pizza center. Being a Fan of Dominos, I am not satisfied with the person/DomIino's To whom I spoke who rejected to take the order and deliver. The reason given to me was my area is unsafe to deliver. Why is this happening? If there is a restriction, why it was not mentioned online? The same guy has delivered the pizza last time when ordered.

I am not happy with such service who FAIL to deliver the pizza.
