FOUND USED BAND-AID WITH BLOOD STAINS IN FOOD

I ordered a non veg dish (murg bharva tangri) at "Flavor of Mughals, #120-123, Central arcade. DLF-Phase 2. Gurgaon-HR ". When I ate a bite of it, I found a blood stained band-aid in it, which went into my mouth too.. It was really disgusting and turn off. Still now i feel really disgusted.

How come these kind of restaurants with so high rates and ZERO and WORST hygiene running is such a big city like Gurgaon.
