Spoiled Milk in sealed pack

Hi,

I have purchased Godrej Soya Milk from Big Bazzar, Lido Mall, Banglore 2 days ago and when I opened the packet the milk has turned SOUR.

I tried reach out to godrej and there is no response on their phone number or email adress.

When i reached out to big bazar they are not willing to take any liability and are mentioning that its not their problem that this is spoiled.

I want to understand how can they sell SPOILED MILK in indian's largest super market.

Mind you the product has a expiray date of august.

I am disgusted with both godrej n bigbazzar.

Need to escalate this to right authority.
