Dear Sir/Madam,
Without making a story my complaint is as under :-
i) I travelled from Hong Kong to Delhi on 16/09 on seat # 29 G with my friend Mr. Bal k. Gupta on 29 K.in flight # 9w 077.
ii) The meals were served but the Air Host Mr. Manider while seving ignored to serve Cold drinks etc on the pretext that he thought we have taken the drinks. The reply was so nasty that we asked to see the manager. His reply was that let him first complete the service. He didnot serve neither any drink oe bevarages.
iii) We then requested to see the manager in the Business Class to lodge our complaint but no body cared.
iv) Lastly we ask one nice Air Hostess to give the name of manager which she did.
v) After 2 and half hours the manager Ms... came and said sorry for the conduct. When asked why she was so late, the reply was she had been told just now.
vi) As a protest we did not take any water what to talk of any drink.
vii) The experience on an international flight on Jet Airways is the worst. I will advise not to travel in future.
You may take or ignore this complaint in wharever way you like.
