POOR SERVICE

I travelled in 12442 NDLS-BSP RAJDHANI EXPRESS.I was not served with the morning tea which is in the Menu. I was repeatedly asked by the

waiter (server) to show me the tickets before serving breakfast.

News paper was not given. The confectionary to be given along with a cold beverage was also not served to the whole coach (B-4).
