I had purchased a pack of Alpenliebe Caramel flavor toffees. I was astonished to see the way each one was packed. Some were open from side, some were smashed in packing, and Glue was also dried on some of the toffees.

I tried calling on the customer care number but it was not correct.

Then I tried all other numbers available on their site viz: All sales offices & All Factories but none of them were working.

Then I emailed them on 20/11. I did not receive any reply.

I sent 3 other complaint reminder emails but all in vain.
