Do not put in proper manne

Good morning Sir,

Yesterday I go to Reliance Super. I purchesed Amul ice cream. there was not cold because of Freez door was opened. I have to changed ice cream b'coz of coldness. I talked with customer care executaive but they cant give me satisfied answers. also i talked with your sales person but they also dosent give proper reply for what i asked. they ignore me i also said i want to talk with your manager but he said manager was not there he was out of mall. I am regular customer of your mall. Actual I come from Gujrat. so i cant understand local languagee. that's way he did't give me ans. I asked executaive and sales person name but did't give me. Please do steap in nellore city super mall staff because their awareness. I was going appro. 7.00 Pm. They talked with me ruff langauges and come with me fight.

I do not have photo. If is it possible today to go there i also send u photo.
