Delay and damaged furniture

I bought furniture from Lifestyle Homecenter on 17th october. I bought a dining table set, a bed, and a tea set (2 chairs and 1 round table small)

they were supposed to deliver all the three on 24th. They did not do so and did not even bother to call and inform about the delay. They delivered the bed and the dining table on 25th and said that the Tea set was out of stock and it will take till weekend. They assembled the furniture the next day that is on 26th, which was very late as I bought furniture so that I can entertain guest on Diwali day. I was furious enough by then. When they assembled the bed there was a missing part and also scratches on the Bed. I wanted them to take it back. They delayed that process as well. I kept telling them that I will be leaving Bangalore on 30th, but they kept saying that the tea set will be delivered on 3rd / 4th. It was so hard to communicate with the guy as he was just not understanding what I was telling him. Finally I got to talk to the Manager and he put things in process. I am so pissed with the entire process and I wish for a refund now. I previously requested for exchange of the damaged furniture and the Tea set which was not delivered at all. But now am too impatient to go back and buy another piece of furniture in exchange. I feel cheated and betrayed and would never wish to purchase furniture from lifestyle ever. So kindly refund all the amount as there is no trust now.
