This is my complaint against one of the well know/prestigeous company know for its high brand value product, has left bad taste in my mouth. This is my first time exp, with this company however not new to its quality of product but we have had some bad/disappointmeting time dealing with this comapny for single request or a complaint so as to say, .
We purchased one 3 wall unit ODIUM set for worth RS 14000 arund at Godrej showroom in Dombivli East. The product got delivered to our new home the very next day, unfortunately the lower portion of the set has been damaged due to water at our mistake (Surprising that the small quantity of water damaged the wall set). Immediately we contacted the same showsromm from where we bought the product, and up on our request they arranged a surveyor Mr. More 9920913342 to survey the product, he visited the place on 18 or 19 th of March and promised that he wiould talk to the superior regarding the matter and change the low part of the product.
However, to our surprise he never bother to call me back afetr that till now and we had to follow up with him on 3 to 4 days and got reply that the same can not fixed as per his talk with the senior managemnt.
I m deeply shocked to see such a behaviour of the company person who shows so concern while inspecting the product.
My sole purpose of writing this issue is to let the world or management of Godrej know about the harassment that their customers go through at initial stage itself.
And waiting for the resolution of my greivance.
