I have procured furnitures from Collection I in the month of Sept. One of the chair of Dining set broke in the month of April'10.
I have placed one complain (complain no 230) to service desk of Collection I Kolkata - (Homeland).
After a month one person visited my home taken the defected backrest of the chair. Since then i am follwoing for the replacement and getting false commintment after commitment.
Lastly they have informed to go to any Collection I out let and select a Dining set they will replace the whole faulty set as spare is not available (if price is higher i have to pay the balance). I have visited on 5.12.10 at Homeland kolkata and selected a Dining set.
Surprisingly they havnt taken the balance excess pyment and asked that they will get back to me seeing stock with in a day.
I am fed up with this follow up business. I want govt to take some serious step with this kind of organisation / shope where they suffer customer day in day out.
hope some solution will come.
