Cookscape the suppliers of Kitchen cabinets and wardropes company has atlease 4 branches in chennai have taken the order to supply and install the kitchen cabinet in newly built flat. As usual they have collected the 10% advance while order booking, the balance amount 100% collected promising the delivery of goods to site. The goods are not delivered to site as promised. After a long chase for 4 weeks and making numeruos telephone calls the material is delivered to site and dumped for three months without assembling and fixing at place. Whenever we call the concerned persons either they may not pick up the phone are will simply say we do not man power to assemble at site. The matter is pending for last one month. I request any one suggest what legal action can be taken to make it happen.
