Non Delivery of product

I was promised with the delivery of Dinning table set on July 1 but it was not delivered to me niether any information came from the store about the reason of non delivery: when I have called the store I got the stupid answer that it will not be deleivered today and may or may not be delivered tomorrow. The store Manager was not available or he had not attended my call. I was denied the direct No. of the Store Manager also. I want the refund of my money if campany cannot kept its delivery promise it has no right to retain my money
