This complaint is regarding the delay and mentally harrasment due to unsatisfactory services given by Furniture Bazaar. I given order of one almira, and as per the commitment given by FB, this was supposed to be delivered on 31st Aug but I didn't receive any response from FB side. I called up on the given no. printed on Sales Order. First No one picked the call but somehow by mistaken someone picked the call and said that Furniture Bazaar is being shifted from Shipra Mall, Indirapuram to Aditya Mall, Indirapuram. I left all my work and went to FB. And I met the one guy named "Nilesh Thakur", And he said it would take more 10 days to delivered. due to all this delay I cancelled my order and again I was given 100% commitment of refund of my money by 22nd Sep but I said take more days as they had already broken their commitment once. That guy gave me commitment of 25th Sep but nothing has happend. I visited on 26th Sep and I was given the time (commited by Neeraj) that It would take 2 to 3 days in refund but when today (27 Sep) I called up then I am again given the time of next 5 to 6 days.
Now this is my humble request to Cusumer Forum deptt., Can we do something in this regard where customers are not given the service on time while the customer has paid the amount in advance? second how such bazaars could be painalized for such activities? I understand there might be some problems but at least customer should be called once. But this has happend with me thrice. Please help me..
