Damaged furniture

Sir/Madam,

We have taken dinning table from Raja Furniture dated 09/12. bill number 054 .

Address: Raja Furniture RTC "x" Roads, Opposite Saptagiri Theatre, (Near Signal), Hyderabad

Advance payment was demanded in cash and was given by us, later the damage dinning table with broken was sent to us. The time furniture was dilivered we asked the Concerned authorities of Raja Furniture that it is damaged, they agreed that it was damaged during the shifting of the furniture in the shop and said that they will repair ASAP

Till now no further proper action had been taken and when we call to Raja Furniture the Proprietor say that we can do anything and using abusive language when we try to contact him and staff on phone.

I would like this matter to be taken at higher level and justice should done.
