Sofaset seat damaged

Dear Sir,

I Ankit Chaturvedi, 5/18, Meo Road, Dwarkapuri Colony, Allahabad purchased a Godrej sofaset on 9/7 from Hanumate Enterprises, Allahabad. The seat of sofaset is not in a proper condition. I already complained regarding this number of times but no action has been taken yet. Kindly take immediate & necessary action on this.
