No response towards the complaint

I have purchased one MARS DINNING TABLE with CELINA CHAIRS ON 8 MAY but chairs are broken within few months i have lodged the complaint on 3 rd nov for which one person responded on 4th nov and assure to get the job done with in 15 days but as on 3rd jan no body is coming to rectify it my complaint number was 1124 and job card number was 275086 .very sorry state.
