Home Town has a got a very bad Product Delivery system.
We ordered 3 items - Dining Table, Cot and a Ward Robe.
At the time of purchase, they guaranteed that teh goods will be delivered home in maximum 2 weeks from the day of purchase. They mentioned the date also onthe bill.
As we didn't receive any communication from them on the scheduled date, we telephoned them inquiring about the delivery. They said they would get back in a few minutes, but never bothered to call back again.
We had to call them again and they kept us waiting.
This continued for almost a week, after which we were annoyed and irritated at the attitude of the representative of Home Town.
There was no communication regarding the delay nor any explanation or apology.
We had to go to the store more than twice to get our goods finally delivered.
So, please beware ordering furniture from HomeTown.
