No response from customer service

Hi All,

I wanted to buy a Kitchen Chimney as there was an offer in Home Town Pune, so I called up the number provided in the news paper. My call was not answered. I received a call on my cell from your sales department. I informed them that I need to buy a Kitchen Chimney; the first operator informed me that the range of the Chimney is from 3k to 8k. But again I received a call from some other person who informed me that the price for the Chimney ranges between 8k to 20k.

I visited Home Town on 30 April. I came to know that the chimney needs to be fixed 1 foot above the stove. I did not have that kind of an arrangement at my home, so instead of chimney I decided to purchase a LG microwave. At that time there was a LG agent named Shewta who informed us that if you book the item today we will get a free Nirlep pan. So I booked the LG 26liter microwave by paying booking amount of Rs 699. I informed them that I needed the delivery on 7 May or latest by 15May 09. They informed me that they will not be able to deliver the item by 7May, however, will deliver it on 15 May.

After making full payment for the LG microwave, I particularly informed that I need the delivery of Microwave by 15th May 09, however the associates there insisted that I take the delivery on 13May 09. I reminded the delivery boy about the Pan, which was promised to me by Shewta. They informed that the Pan comes from the warehouse so it will be provided by Home Town. So I called up Shewta who told me that home town will provide the pan. So the delivery boys called Home Town and then I spoke to Gamin (Manager) from Home Town. He informed me that if there is an offer he will make sure that I will receive the pan and he forced me to accept the delivery mentioning on the invoice that the delivery for pan is still pending, I agreed. I also informed him that I need the demo guy to be at my home on 23rd to 25th for demonstration of the LG Microwave who agreed the same.

I called Gamin to enquire about the free Pan, he told me that there is no such offer so he will not be able to provide the same. I was very furious when he told me this, then he told me that this was offer from LG people and now I need to speak to LG regarding the same. After that I received a call from a girl name Tasneem as I needed to make the remaining payment for the microwave which was booked by me. I again informed the whole issue to her again she informed she will call me back with the resolution of this issue. I never received any call from Home Town or LG.

I wanted to log a complaint about this but I just ignored this issue. Again on 23rdMay I call up Gamin as demo guy never called or visited my home so that I can start using my microwave. Gamin informed me that he will arrange it by 24rh or 25th of May. After some time I received a SMS from LG, but till 26th of May I again did not receive a call from LG nor Home Town. So I again today call the Home Town # and spoke to Mr Ramchendra Pardeshi (Service delivery manager). Again explained him the whole issue but still did not receive any response from Home or LG.

Please HELP.
