Non delivery of product on due date

Sir,

I had ordered a bed on 19/09 at Home Town, Lucknow. I was asked to deposit 50% of the cost of the bed as advance which I duly did. The delivery date advised was 09/10 however the store failed to do so and also my request for cancellation of my order and refund of advance money is being denied to me.
