Unfortunately, the chair? s cover snapped within ten months of the sale of the one-year guaranteed product. The chair was bought on October 30. (Ko.so.no 55765, bill No: 146250770 dated 30.10. description of good: 6000334215002). The chair was sent for repair on August. However, the chair got damaged again soon after the problem was rectified, seriously casting a doubt on the repair work done in August this year.
we have again complained (complaint No. 304585) to your company for getting the chair repaired again, but even after repeated requests, there was no response from there side.
The costly product was bought from your company solely on the basis of quality you pledge to your customers. But the trouble we faced after buying the product is regrettable.
now they collected the chair for repair but the kind of repair they have done is tottaly un acceptable and also the kind of behaviour shown by the floor manager was unprofessional and harrasing also now they are asking money for there sirvice we hope you will certainly address to your customer? s grievance
