I had bought furniture from home town pune and the delivery of the same was to be done at home town hyderabad. The initial delivery was done on time. However while installing the furniture it was found that a recliner that was ordered was delivered in a wrong colour. I had ordered black And the same was delivered in orange. The concerened mgmnt then said that there was no other colour available, and I agreed upon taking the delivery of the same. However after opening the package completely the recliner was also found damaged. They then said that they will "stich it up" and repair it which was totally unacceptable to me for a brand new recliner. I have then gone to pune paid the diferrence amount and bought another brand new recliner in exchange for the damaged one. They have collected the old recliner but the delivery of the new one is still pending. This has been going on for the past 1 month. I am totally disgusted and fed up wIth the home town management here at panjaguta hyderabad.
