No delivery happened on 2nd feb 2021. The we started following up for delivery the staff would say that they will revert and no one reverts or updates up on the status.
Then on 6th they delivered part of the Items only 1 of the Article code 80019795002 - out of the 2 Nos ordered and Article code 80001440800 - 1 No
There is no news on the remainig 2 Articles to be delivered. not dates or time lienes.
The 2 similar articles were ordered to have similar cabinets in the hall.
The team at Home town Vikhroli does not escalate or allow us to speak to their higher ups. The do not share their contacts.
They take 100% advance and then do not bother about their customers.
I have a reclining chair that was bought from Furniture Bazar which the handle that helps to recline has been broken. Even after contatcing Furniture bazar at Nirmal Life Style and following up with them there was no response from them.
Since it was out of the warranty period I was willing to pay for the repairs.
No one seems to be bothered about it. I was talking to one Mr. Amey who I was told was the syore Manager. He also assured me but nothing happened.
This clearly shows their attitude towards customer and the way they treat their customer's.
I Would definitely not buy anything from them...
I would also like inform customer buying products from Future Group to be prepared to undergo such experience.
