I had purchased a Kurl on dinning set on the 2nd of june from a dealer at thrissur mridulla furniture and now the dining set is in a very bad shape the cushions of all the chairs have come out and the chairs are all shaky already two chairs the cushions have come out and not able to use it currently i am residing at calicut i have made a complaint at calicut office and the technicans had visited my place two times they said they will be replacing it but nothing has haapened so far after spending 16000/- on a brand like kurl on this is purely not acceptable.i would require an immediate action for this.
