Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a queen sized Bed from Lifestyle home centre in Bangalore. it was solid wood fest going on there and that time representative told that the bed is completely made of solid Rubber wood and would last for at-least 20 yrs.
within 4 months of purchase the bed shaft has broken the bed has become shaky, and now on complaining the manager is not even aware that which wood is being used on the base and says only the visible part is of Rubber wood.
On calling again for sending the carpenter, the lady in-charge says that its supposed to be MDF wood. The staff itself isnt not aware of any thing and sales person fool customers to any extent for a sale.
We are cheated, please suggest a remedy.
