Sub: Delay in delivery of my goods Sofaset with cussions (3 1 1) model no. 308A Mallyasian Teak wood

With reference to the above subject, This is to bring your kind information that with full payment i have purchaged the above said items on 01-02 and requested to deliver the same to shahabad-ALSTOM Township through Hydrabad- Shahabad Road lines. The above noticed M/S agreed to deliver the purchaged items on same day evening i.e on 01-02, but failed to do so. I am the resident of Alstom Township Shahabad Gulbarga and gone to Hyderabad on 01-02 for shoping of household furniture. With full payment of RS 21, 200/- 9 (Twenty one thousand two hundred) I purchaged the Malyasian Teak wood sofaset with cussions at M/S Living Style Furniture/ # : 6&7 Ground floor J.R Mail Station Road Nampally Hyderabad-500 001. Since 1st feb i am in contact with above said shop owner for delivery of goods. Whenever i contact him over cell phone, he replied me that material has been delivered to Hyderabad-Shahabad road lines, but when i cross checked with road lines i came to know that he is bluffing. Then i seriouly warned him of legal action for bluffing and cheating, then he told me that within two days i will deliver the committed quality goods otherwise i will pay back your amount (Rs21, 200 with some compensation amount.). The way he is cheating & bluffing, i don't feel he would like do fair bussiness with customer. This is for your kind information and action
