No Proper response

Sir/Madam,

I Have Purchased Bed from LUCKY INTERIORS (Address : 205, YUSUF BLDG, DR AMBERDKAR ROAD, OPP CHITRA CINEMA, DADAR EAST - 400014) 4 Month Back This product is having lots of problem since from last two months & its damaged from the day i purchase. Have informed the owner about it so he told he will replace it but still they have not replace. We already visited 2-3 time to shop & contacct them on phone 7-8 times & inform the shop owner about the same. He always promise but still no action taken from his end.

Pls help me as I am much fed up in this issue and bad services, Requset you to pls take action on this & replace my Bed.
