SIR,

I HAVE BOOKED A RECLINING CHAIR ON 11.08.2010 BY PAYING Rs.4999/- AT BIGBAZAAR-MYSORE. THEY HAVE DELIVERD THE GOODS ON 15.08.2010 AT 3.00 PM. WE OBSERVED SOME DEFECT IN THE WOODEN PART AND THAT I HAVE INFORMED TO BIGBAZAAR-MYSORE OVER PHONE AT 4.25 PM.THEY TOLD US THEY WILL ATTEND 16.08.2010. TILL TUESDAY (17.08.2010) NO ONE REPLIED/RESPONDED. THEN I CONTACTED ON 18.08.2010 AT 7.30 PM OVER PHONE, ONE Mr. NARESH ATTENDED AND HE HAS NOT REAPONDED PROPERLY AND DIVERTED THE THE COMPLAINT TO HIS MANAGER MR.ABRAR BY GIVING HIS PHONE NO.THEN I CONTACTED THE MANAGER, FIRST HE TOLD ME THER IS NO COMPLAINT LODGED THAT TO WITHOUT REFFERING TO THE COMPLAINT REGISTRE. THEN I TOLD ALL THE INCIDENT.AFTER THIS HE HAS CHECKED AND CONFIRMED THE COMPLAINT AND TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTEND WITHIN 48 HOURS.AND AGAIN NO BODY HAS ATTENDED TILL TODAY i.e. 19.08.2010.

I never expected this type response from you. Kindly take back your goods and also i am going to complain to the appropriate forum.(I think you will understand)
