Delivered semi finished furniture

I am Permanent resident of Canada. I have purchased an apartment here in ludhiana. I have recently purchased furniture for my appartment from Mian furniture wala on Barewal road ludhiana for Rs.37500/- He took all money in cash from me and said me that he will send the furniture on my address. He sent me the furniture semi finished.finishing is not good. I told him that finishing is not good but he did not cared about it .after so many calls to him on phone he never respond. He did not given me any bill of the furniture. Please get my furniture nicely finished from him.
