I have purchased one Godrej Interio Slimline 3 door wardrobe in the year 2009. Being into a transferable job we need to change places in every 6 months. Everytime to dis-mental and assemble my wardrobe i face problem. whenever i call up in the call centre they take atleast half an hour to come online and listen to the problem. After listening they only apologies for the inconvenience cost to me and shut the call with a complain no. thats it. again after 2-3 days i have to bark the same problem again and again. i am sick and tired of it. i dont know how to go to their grievance address cell so i am writing my complain on consumer complain cell. hope my issue will not go unheard.
