I booked a furniture (Sofa set and Coat) from Poonam furniture on 28th April and paid the money. As per the comitment they have to deliver the material on the same day. They are not deliver the material on the same day eventhough they were not in a posiiton to deliver the material on the next day. At last they deliver the material. Out of this one sofa was damaged. We complaint the concern and following up for the service from the next day. Till date they are not yet turn each time when I am calling they will give another date. I would like to infomr all customer that please release the payment from the purchase of Poonam furniture after delivery and rectification of problems.
