Extremely Bad Service

I had purchased an office chair from Poonam Furniture House, in BTM layout, Bangalore (080-4150 9663/4) in early February for about Rs.8, 500 and one week after they delivered the chair, the fabric from the handles started peeling off. After about 20 days of continous followup and visiting the store, they picked up the handles after dismantling the chair and promised delivering new handles within 15 days. It has been more than 2 months now and I havent got a firm reply from them about when they will be delivering the handles. Every week they give me a new delivery date and I am yet to get the replacement. My chair is in dismantled condition and I have given up trying to call them and get a different explanation everytime I talk to them.
