I bought a furniture from BTM layout "A M Furniture" Contact: Sibgath Khan 9880780326 last year April. Despite, several calls (more than 20 times) to replace the Rough Iron bed, which was bent on the lower iron rod. The condition become so worse, anytime the iron rod can be broken. The furniture shop owner came to my house and assured me that he will replace that bed, but still today it remain in same condition at my house. We are forced to sleep on the floor despite having bed. I would request to take necessary action so that it works in favour of me.
