Ref. Bill No. 017 Dt. 10-4 Branch - Yelahanka, Bangalore
I have purchased one 6.5' x 5' double bed and one Kurlon mattress plus pillows from yr. above branch. I have following
grievances with your way of dealing with client :
1) Your Manager Mr. Pasha assured that it bill be delivered on 11.4.11but when I contacted on 11th yr. branch staff told that it is sent and come with in 20 min. I waited on that full day but it had not sent then why yr. staff tailing lie, they should give actual status of the delivery. My that day have gone waste as I could not attended office because of yr. staff lie.
2) On 12th it is delivered but not all items, 2-pillows were not brought by yr. staff. The cot was scratched from many parts but not polished. The joining of the long wooden piece is uneven. Yr. staff told it would be done in next day but next day never came till today.
3) I requested every day to yr. branch mgr. to send polishing team but he every times assured with in 2 hrs they may come but nobody arrived to do polishing and making proper alignment. I also requested on yr. customer help phone but only assurance is given.
As I have paid all amount on 10th so yr. staff is not worry about client problem.
This is not good for yr. business. Yr. staff are cheating customer & tailing lie status of goods which will hamper yr. market value.
