Defective product delivered and poor customer service

this complaint is with ref to the estimate# M-149 dated:30-1-11 under the name of Gopichand. Harish. Ranshevare, sales guy: SHAKEEL.we have purchased furniture as listed below from living room's mahim's showroom.furniture was delivered after 3 -5 days of making final payment on 10th april.when the installation people came for fitting or setting up the furniture we found that the furniture has impressions, scratch and markings on it.we came to know about only when they opened the furniture packing the next day they came after delivering the furniture.we complained about it and the complain was verified from the installation service man: WASIM by SHAKEEL.first SHAKEEL told us that the warddrobe doors wont be replaced which had impressions of other doors kept over it while delivering it. SHAKEEL did assure us that he will replace the mirror doors as the mirrors had prominent scraches. SHAKEEL said that mirrors will come from GOA fixed on the mirror door like the original ones so it will take 2 weeks.it is now 8th may and still we had the mirrors replaced.also they havent send polish people to polish other furniture products like centre table, wall unit, shoe box as the finishing of there products was damaged due to wear and tear while transit from showroom to my house.also during this days the sales guy: SHAKEEL didnt even bother to inform us about the status of the replacement.its only when we called them we came to know whats gonna happen.now the news is that they are only replacing the mirrors which included breaking of the old mirror from the warddrobe doors, they have changed their mind now .instead of sending the door with attached mirror they are only sending us the 2 mirrors which is a tedious job to do as told by the service man: WASIM .today when i called SAHKEEL he asked to call WASIM to convince him to come to my place and fit the new mirrors. So i called WASIM BUT HE SAID HE DIDNT GET ANY CONFIRMATION FROM LIVING ROOM Manager. I called Shakeel again and spoke to his manager Sudhir he said that he will arrange the replacement by coming tuesday. I foubt whether they will send me the original mirrors because shakeel said that whats the purpose of mirrors any brand will makw no difference.living room has chated us and have given very poor customer service after they recieved the payment. I want serious and strong action to be taken against this.thank you
