NOT PROVIDED CLEAR INFORMATION

I had taken aviva short term (3yrs) policy in 2005. i had paid 2 primums of 20, 000rs for 1st 2 yrs. then in 3rd i had checked for policy details, then i came to know that my policy agent had made my policy as LIFE LONG instead of SHORT TERM, then i stopped paying primums.now my policy is in paid upstatus.i called AVIVA they said policy will be active for long life. but 1 week before thay said my policy is going to close, i will not get any money back.

... i have filed a complaint in AVIVA site. but nobody has contacted or responding.

they are just sending the AVIVA complaint manual. and answers.
