I had ordered for a file of probiotic capsules (60 capsules) by the brand name Azodyl on 20th November. I was committed an early delivery latest by 20th Dec'10 as it was a life saving veterinary drug. I patiently waited for the same, having paid Rs.1732 through credit card. My product Order No.is 203-154-696800.
On calling the helpline today afternoon at around 2 pm, I was kept on hold for a good 5 mins post which the operator casually informed that she had had a word with her ''manager'' and that she would have to call me back with a ''feedback'' as they were clueless about the product delivery status!!
Can nothing be done to bring such scamster to task before they manage to fleece and dupe many more innocent people?
