Non -Legit Business by Aramex.com and 20north.com
I ordered the below items via 20north.com on Nov 30 and they guaranteed a 21 days delivery.
After frequent (after about 15 days with many calls and emails) contact with customer from the ordering date, they send an email and said they will deliver both the product on 21-Dec. Again after frequent (after 20 days with many calls and emails) contact with customer from the ordering date, they finally gave me the tracking number of order yesterday.

20North.com saying they dispatched on Aramex via 21/12
But the tracking details shows nothing and it shows the same message ("Updating shipping details") for any number entering in the AWB field.
After frequent contact (after 2 days with many calls and emails) with Aramex.com customer care they said, The AWB no is not their or the package is not dispatched.
I again contacted 20North.com, they are telling that the AWB numbers are correct and will deliver the product soon.
Again I contacted Aramex.com with that information, they said they will deliver if they get to know any details of this order and since that time they have no information about such an order, they promised.
Again contacted 20N and go the below information from ARAMEX via 20North.
We took the order to deliver from Chennai and returned back to Bangalore because of service unavailability in the delivery destination. Till now the packages are not delivered to Bangalore (past 6 days). Thats is an excuse and in our city almost all courier service have more than one offices. Aramex have no office there but have one near. I called them and they said all the orders to our city are delivered at their office near to our city and they are using other agent to deliver to our city.
My questions are,
1) Why 20North.com failing to give me a tracking number even when the packet was in local transit.
2) Finally why the tracking number given after a month shows no details of such an order in any systems of Aramex. Why its made hidden? to break tax?
3) Why Aramex took the order if they are not able to deliver at my address? Why couldn't they deny while taking order?
4) What happened to the products?
My advice to all:
Beware when dealing with these two kinds of companies.
