Took the payment but denying for giving service

I enrolled myself for slimming I paid total Rs 15000 . due to health reasons I COULDNOT avail the package .but when I approached to avail they denied the services. PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I REFUND MY MONEY OR AVAIL THE SERVICES SINCERELY.I HAVE ALL BILLS. Thanks.
