My baby was born on 10.10. i was keen to take my baby's umbilical cord, agent was there at all the time, and he & his assistance took the same. even though i was agreed to their payment structure, and i gave them cheques accordingly but still i have not got any information, i tried their no. but finding no reply, and the agent who was present at the time of delivery has been transferred, now give me advice, what action to take & whom to contact.toll free no. & others no. are useless.
