The Deepak Medical Store in Ahmedabad located near stadium has given an example of how rudely one can deal with the customer.
The main person sitting behind the counter (name unknown), description: an old man with specs refused to entertain my request of refunding the amount of the medicine that I had purchased from their store on 24th Jan; considering the fact that he was able to retract the data from the database.
He refused to make the payment on the grounds that I was not having the bill with me, and rather forced me to buy something else from the store.
He was rude from the beginning and when I objected that I would want cash and would not like to buy anything from the store, he rudely reacted and even made some objectionable comments in front of his storekeepers and other customers.
He kept on boasting about the store being the biggest in the town, but his attitude showed that even at that an elder age, he doesnt have simple ettiquetes to interact with the customer.
I request the authorities to take suitable action against him and the store.
