7 months passed away but, my PF not released as yet

Hi

I worked as Sales Development Manager (SDM) under the branch of Ms. Parminder Kaur Anand with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company (now knowing as HDFC Life) Sector 70, Mohali, Punjab from 7th April to 30th March. My PF no is 43180, my Pension number is MH/211273/43180, my employee no. 59204, my agency code was 00407359. I left my job on 30th March. After one month in the first week of May I applied for the reimbursement of my PF with submitting the fully filled forms and the full documents demanded, to Ms. Pooja (HR-Manager) who sits in Chandigarh office. Now, more than 7 months have been passed away but, my PF was not released as yet.

Please help me to release my PF as soon as possible.
