No propoer treatment and Diagnosis

I Rajiv Kumar Rai would like to submit my complaint and show my displeasure towards Heritage Hospital and Research Centre, Varanasi, UP, India with regards to the negligence of my Father's treatment. My father Shri Krishna Deo Rai and retired Indian Air Force personal is admitted (reffered by the ECHS Polyclinic, Varanasi) to Heritage Hospital on 17th May but with deep regret we would like to state that till date he is not being diagnosed properly and the cause of his illness was not observed. He is under observation of Dr S K Pathak. We would further like to state that it is simply the mis use of Government Fund and money and over and above a tourcher to the patient.

We sincerely seek the help of concern competative authority to kindly look into this matter and give us the justice.
