This is regarding my complaint about HINDUSTHAN UNILEVER's water purifier PUREIT.
I registered a complaint with customer care (Ph:18601801000) on 05'Oct and complaint No is: C113759619.
After three days a person had called me on behalf of PUREIT and told that their representative would come to me for attending the complaint but no one have come.
The nextday I recieved a service message from PUREIT, that the complaint has been attended and also asking for a feed back of their service.
Isn't it stupid and ridiculous???
