The sales team (Geeta) from IHO has told (on phone via online campaign) to give following service if i buy there cards.
1) Free pathology charges and doctor's consultancy charges free on the card provided by IHO in ANY of the hospitals.
2) 100% discount on vouchers of Rs. 1500
3) E-card to be received in 2hrs time which i didn't received till 8 days
4) The amount to be deducted from Card will only be after 45 days
No after buying the Card online the next day person from IHO called me to give the details of the services, to my surprise they said you will get only 10 to 20% discount on pathology charges and doctors consultancy charges and that also only to IHO empanelled hospitals, pathology and doctors.
Also on discount vouchers there is only some percent of discount given and only IHO empanelled hospitals, pathology and doctors.
My amount got deducted immediately from my card.
Later on when i said i want to cancel the service on the above false information they agreed (Dishant from IHO) to cancel the service but after few days person call me from IHO and said this cannot be cancel you can do any thing. We don't fear wherever you register a compliant.
Request you to kindly look into the same and help me in getting my refund.
